Residence at Lake Macleod

Designed as a concept home for the developers, the house responds to a constrained lot, maximizing the available footprint.

Although the house faces North, a tower for the stair and a monitor in the master suite are designed to filter southern light into the spaces below.

Views of the wooded development are framed by picture windows and french doors. The house has timber framed elements and roof and walls constructed with structural insulating panels (SIP). The exterior is clad in fibercement lap siding and cultured stone with metal roof accents.
